Admission Process for NURSERY & KG-I

(Academic Session: 2025-2026)

For online registration, the Link will be available on the School Website www.starnoldsvijaynagar.com from 2nd to 5th December, 2024 only.

Note:

1. The Admission Form for Nursery will be available online as well as in the offline mode (hard copy).
2. Admission Form for KG-I will be available in hard copy only..

Parents who are registering online through the given link are requested to kindly take a print of the registration form, attach the below mentioned supporting documents with it and submit the same in the school latest by 7 ^th December, 2024.

General Rules

1. The child’s age for admission to Nursery should be minimum 3 years as on 31st July, 2025. For KG-I admission the child should have completed minimum 4 years of age as on 31st July, 2025.
2. Incomplete forms & forms with wrong information will be rejected at the time of submission / even after submission.
3. Mere submission of the Registration Forms/Selection of candidates does not guarantee admission.Admission will be confirmed only upon payment of the full year's fee by online mode.
4. Being a Private, Unaided, Minority School, the head of the institution reserves the full right to accept or reject any application without citing the reason for his/her action.

Supporting documents/records to be submitted along with the Registration Form:-

1. Photocopy of Birth Certificate from Municipality / Gram Panchayat only.
2. Photocopy of Aadhar Card, Samagra ID
3. Two recent passport size colour photographs of the candidate.
4. An affidavit by the guardian, in case the child is under the custody of a guardian and not parents, stating the reason for his / her guardianship.
5. Rs 300/- as Registration Fee.
